How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?
To calculate the required quantity, multiply the length of your surface by the width to get the total square footage. We strongly recommend adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we offer individual swatch samples for most of our collections. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and finish in your home's lighting before placing a bulk order.
What is your shipping policy for fragile tile products?
We use specialized packaging and heavy-duty pallets to ensure your tiles arrive intact. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return unused tiles if I ordered too many?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your mosaic tiles suitable for wet areas like showers or pools?
Many of our glass and porcelain mosaics are specifically rated for wet environments. Please check the 'Specifications' section on each product page to confirm the water absorption rate and slip resistance.
What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we take every precaution, transit damage can occur. If you notice broken tiles, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement claim.
