At MosaicTile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your tiles aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused, full-box items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened boxes to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure the Packaging

Place the tiles back in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping crate or box with ample padding to prevent breakage.

Ship the Product

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the tiles for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
